I really want this feature, but this did not get it working (this running on GG Beta, macbook pro - trackpad only)
your config looks good, and it should definitely be working on GoldenGate Beta, running that myself.
Two things to check:
- Does BTT have permissions in System Settings => Privacy & Security => Device Control & Data Access
- Does BTT have Screen Recording permissions?
Both of them are necessary to properly capture/list windows
