Lost license on BTT Remote, and the current status of BBT is in the trial period ended state

Hi Andreas,
I am a loyal user of yours and have previously purchased the BetterTouchTools lifetime membership. Unfortunately, due to accidentally deleting some files, which i lost license. And my account status has reverted back to the trial period. I paid the payment through Alipay, and the payee is Paddle.net.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue and reinstate my lifetime membership status. Is it possible to provide a solution or resend me a file to unlock my service?
