Logitech Thumbwheel as a Button

I am trying to get away from BetterMouse and rely completely on BetterTouchTool for my Logitech MX 4.

One thing which is really holding me back and I see no way of replicating is using the thumbwheel as a button — BM allows using it as a button (just a gentle tap, no clicks) which can work with gestures.

Is this possible in the new Logitech Mouse support or can it be added?

so basically touching the thumb wheel and then moving the mouse up/down/left/right?

I currently don't have support for the touch recognition exposed to the UI, but the touch is already being detected so that would be simple to add.
