Logitech MX - setting on reconnect

Hi there,

I am on 6.590 and using the MX 4 Mouse with the MX Keys mini keyboard. I am using them via BT. I have noticed lately that upon reconnecting the mouse (i.e., turning off/on the mouse), the settings don't get applied automatically.

In the past, that used to work fine; it would still require a few seconds to apply the settings when the mouse connected, but it would eventually do it.

Is this a known issue? I have to go in and press apply every time I sit at my desk and connect my mouse.

A few weeks back, I switched from the Logi Receiver to BT; could that be the reason? Does BTT work best with the Bolt receiver or BT?

both should work fine, bluetooth is in general easier to handle for BTT. I haven’t experienced reconnect issues with either though.

Which version of macOS are you on?

OK I see, just the latest one 26.5. I have attached my BTT Logitech Preset for the mouse in case that helps. I think I will delete the preset and start fresh, make sure I didn't mess up anywhere.
