Logitech MX Keys for mac keyboard : some keys actions doesn't work

Hello,

I'm using a Logitech MX Keys for mac and I want to use the calculator and screenshot keys to work.
I added the Logitech keyboard configuration, and create some keybord shortcut and action for severals keys.

For the key numbered 1 to 7, everything works fine.
But for the 8 and 9, respectively the "Screen Capture" and "Calculator" keys, whatever I set for action "On Key Down", nothing happen when I press thoses keys...

To be sure my actions are corrects, I put them in one key that works (the context menu), and the actions I pasted here works fine (the screencapture, the calculator).

So I don't know what's causing this 2 keys to not works...

Has someone managed to get those keys to works ?
@Andreas_Hegenberg Have an idea ?

Thanks in advance, and have a nice day.

Hello again,
It seems that the backlight keys doesn't do anything too:

Is it possible to get thoses keys to works ? (change the backlight of the MX Keys ?)

You would need to use the specific logitech actions "Logitech: Increase Keyboard Brightness" and "Logitech: Decrease Keyboard Brightness". However not all Logitech keyboards support this.

In case your keyboard does not work with the brightness keys, you can also make it so BTT does not take these keys over by only specifying the keys you want to configure using BTT:

I just tried with my "MX Keys For Mac", this should be the same as yours. For me the calculator and screen capture key work fine - in your screenshot it looks like they are also recording correctly in the UI, which should mean they can trigger actions fine.

Could you try activating the "HUD Overlay" to see whether that shows when you press the key?

Ho yeah ! This works ! I didn't think to look in the Logitech Mouse section:

Maybe a new Logitech Keyboard section should be created

At first, it's not working...
But, don't ask why, I clic again on the button to record again the shortcut:

And now it's working!
Don't know why before doing this this morning it wasn't working...

Thanks for the help

Another question: is there some particular settings to activated the three buttons to change the computer associated to the MX Keys ? (I refers to the 3 buttons up the fn key).

the behavior of these can not be changed as far as I know. Do you encounter an issue with them?

Yes, When I use the n°1 (paire with my mac), the n°2 paired with my miniPC Windows doesn't work anymore no matter the number times I push it.
To regain control of it I have to poweroff the MX Keys OR to use the third button unaffected to a computer.
