Logitech M Series Triathlon Mouse Issues

Describe the bug
Logitech M Series Triathlon mouse thumb button (Button 12) exhibits intermittent responsiveness in BetterTouchTool. The button sometimes functions correctly and sometimes does not respond, with increasing frequency of failures.

The thumb button on my Logitech M Series Triathlon mouse, which registers as Button 12 in BetterTouchTool, has inconsistent behavior:

• Sometimes the button responds to my configured actions

• Sometimes it does not register at all

Intermittent workarounds include: restarting macOS, reloading, quitting and relaunching the app, or toggling the mouse off and on. These workarounds provide temporary relief but the issue has become increasingly frequent

i have an m720 too & it took a while before things worked as intended.

do you have this setting turned on?

button 12 is the thumb button for me. i assume it is for you too. since you’re using it for multiple directional actions (left, right, etc), make sure you have the “allow mouse movement….” setting turned ON under Advanced
