Logi mouse side buttons not detected by BTT after installing Logi Options app

Already tried uninstalling the Logi Options and still BTT doesn't detect the side buttons. It used to detect BEFORE I installed Logi Options for the first time.

Any fix to this?

You might want to double check that all of LogiOptions was uninstalled. Logitech makes garbage software, the install things deep inside the OS that lingers.

Check Activity Monitor, see if anything Logitech is still running, like possible driver.

So I had a similar issue (with an entirely different brand of mouse) that also had absolute garbage as it's companion app and suddenly stopped recognizing my back/forward mouse buttons. I used karabiner to change them to random buttons like F15 and F16
