Logi keys occasionally not recognised ("lock" key top right)

Setup:

I am using BTT version 6.252 (but also encountered at earlier versions) on a MacBook Pro 16,6 running macOS 26.3.1 and a Logitech keyboard MX Mechanical Mini. Pairing takes place via Bluetooth (i.e. not via the Logi Dongle).

I have configured the special Logi keyboard support on BTT for a subset of the special keys, including the top right key (showing a lock icon, recognized as 0x011D if I am not mistaken).

Description:

Oftentimes, pressing the key does not trigger the designated action. Nothing happens instead, i.e. neither the assigned BTT action nor the standard Logi action (which would be: locking the screen). At times, the action does trigger, but I cannot reproduce the conditions. It is not merely a question of waiting (after sleep or so).

Further Information:

I am attacing the logs where I repeatedly press said key. Furthermore, maybe it is expected/desired, maybe it is not: in the area where the key is recorded, it shows up as a glyph looking like an "E" (see screenshot), and in the list of actions it shows up as "Unknown Logitech Key: 285" (see second screenshot).

Could you try whether this still happens with 6.264?

Sorry it took me so long to get back! Yes, the issue seems to be resolved - thank you! The key shows up as "Logi [?] do not disturb" and is properly recognised. Only after waking from sleep there is a small delay before recognition, but you mentioned elsewhere that this is to be expected. Thanks!!
