I just purchased a lifetime license for BetterTouchTool and I was under the impression that buying the BetterTouchTool lifetime license opened up the possibility for me to have a 2 yr license for all other Mac apps, including BetterSnapTool. If this is true, how do I acquire that software? Right now all I see for downloading that app is through the Mac App Store, which I can’t get for free from purchasing the lifetime license.

BetterSnapTool is fully integrated in BTT, you don't need to run this (actually it can cause problems if both are running).
However there will soon be a standalone version of BetterSnap, which will work fine with your license!
