Licensing issues/keeps crashing?

Note:
Before bug reporting, please make sure you have tried the latest (alpha) version of BetterTouchTool and that you have already tried to restart your system :-). If you encounter a crash, please attach a crash log from the macOS Console.app from the "User Diagnostic Reports" section.


After a while, maybe a minute, the BetterTouchTool stops working based on shortcuts. When I click on the icon in the menu bar it shows Register/Buy (-79 days left), but when I click on it, it restarts and goes away, but disables after a minute again. I have a license now, but did also run out a trial before.
It's always been quite unstable from the beginning too, crashing whenever I clicked on the configuration. It worked for a while but is now really buggy.

  • macOS version: Sequoia 15.5
  • BetterTouchTool version: 5.484 alpha but also on the latest stable

Have you always had official versions from https://folivora.ai installed? Sounds like some configuration is corrupted and/or blacklisted.

You can try going to Help => Export Diagnostic Debug Information and send the result to me (andreas@folivora.ai), then I can check what's wrong
