That's a pretty cool looking device.
For what it is worth, I have an ancient Griffin PowerMate that does work with BTT, using the BTT Generic Device support. This requires that you are willing to write some code to grab events coming from the device and to trigger events. I suggest that you look at the docs for Generic Devices: Generic Devices | BetterTouchTool Documentation
Caveat, some devices apparently don't fully show up in the Generic Devices event panel, so no idea if this will work.
And a further thought: Now that Andreas is adding support for other Macro Pads, you can get 3 or more knobs plus some OLED buttons for about twice the cost of the Licaevy device, so at least consider that option. (But note that Andreas is still working on this!)
