Is there any way to create a small library of favorite actions (in my case launch app, insert text, etc) to facilitate and accelerate creating workflows with multiple actions ?

I don't think there is a favorites list. I find my most used actions with "strings" that I know by heart. Usually just a few characters are enough to find the action.

Latest alpha allows to mark actions as favorite here, they will then appear in a separate favorite action section in the dropdown.
