Left Click Red Button Closes Active Window

Describe the bug
With the attached settings for BTT, if you have 2 windows open (Window A and B), if Window A is the active window and you press the left mouse button on Window B red button, Window A closes and not Window B.

Sorted it now thanks, just added a show/hide specific application (and left the selected application blank) before the cmd W/Q actions. This application is very promising and think I'll be a regular user of it in the not too distant future.
