Lag/Mouse freeze when clicking

Describe the bug
I mainly use BTT for my Logitech Lift mouse via Bluetooth to add forward/back function to the side buttons. I just have those two added. And this all makes my mouse “freeze” for like half a second while moving if I left click for example in Stardew Valley. It works fine if I right click (or middle click or side button click) or if I turn off BTT.

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):

Logitech Lift (Bluetooth)

Screenshots

As you can see in the first half it moves across fine.

But for the second round I keep clicking left click and it just kinda gets stuck.

Additional information (e.g. crash logs, related issues, etc.):

some games to not correctly support the macOS Accessibility API, this can cause such behavior. Try to add the game to the left sidebar and disable this:

Thank you. This seems to solve it.
