KeyboardCleanTool - Dictation dialog has been started

Describe the bug
I downloaded KeyboardCleanTool and used it to clean my keyboard on a MacBook Air. When I was done, I got a message asking if I wanted to turn on the dictation function. This shouldn't actually happen if the keyboard is locked. Unfortunately, I couldn't reproduce it because the message said I didn't want to be asked again. That's why I don't have a screenshot.
I don't know how this message came up? I also don't know which shortcut triggered this action?

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):
Keyboard

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: MacBook Air Intel
  • macOS version: 15.3.1

unfortunately keyboard clean tool currently doesn’t block modifier key presses, dictation might have been triggered by pressing fn or cmd multiple times

Thank you very much for this information!
I also noticed that the Caps Lock key can also be activated (green LED dot on the keyboard).

My question: Can you or will you adapt KeyboardCleanTool so that the pressing of modifier keys is blocked in future?
And also that the Caps Lock key is deactivated?

That would make me and certainly others very happy!

@Andreas_Hegenberg I wanted to friendly ask again whether this is planned?

yes, but very low priority right now.

No problem at all. Thank you!

if you need it right now, it would be possible to setup with my other app BetterTouchTool (I could post a preset for that)
