Keyboard shortcuts have become too slow.

BetterTouchTool 4.458

I've got couple of keyboard shortcuts which paste text. On BTT 4.458 they act too slow while typing text. I would say that ping has extremely increased)

4.459 should make it fast again, hopefully even faster than before (uploading now)
