Keyboard shortcuts are no longer working on any apps (MacOS)

Issue:
I have created several keyboard shortcuts to resize the active window to different sizes. Up until just now these shortcuts were working as expected. Now, these shortcuts do not trigger any actions.

Troubleshooting attempts:

  • Restart BTT
  • Quit and relaunch BTT
  • Uninstall and reinstall BTT
  • Upgrade to the lifetime tier and download latest version
  • Quit other apps
  • Restart computer

Affected Device: Magic Keyboard w/ Number Pad

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: MacBook Pro 16-inch, 2023 M2 Pro
  • macOS version: Sonoma 14.5
  • BetterTouchTool version: 4.643

is your BTT maybe disabled? (click BTT menubar icon and check whether you can enable it)

Confirmed that it was not disabled.

I did a full shutdown instead of a restart and it appears to be working now.
