Hi,
I'm having issues with triggering key sequence.
Secure input is not enabled as I checked with the menu bar. I have also tried restarting my laptop but it still doesn't get triggered.

macOS version: 26.2
BetterTouchTool version: 6.111 (2026012703)
this is set to trigger once you release the cmd key - more intuitive would be to trigger once the second f is released, deleting the last cmd up would achieve that. Is that maybe the isssue?

Unfortunately it triggers fine here, so the setup is correct.
In your case it doesn't even show the empty HUD you have activated?
That's so strange.
No it does not. I added it to check if it's triggering but it's not.
Any other way I can find the cause of this?
Just to be sure: You press (and keep holding) CMD followed by two presses of the F key, correct?
Yes, that’s correct.
Ah and you do this while Mail is the active app?
Yes. I have this trigger set only for Mail app.
