Keine BTT-Ausgabe auf externem Monitor / No BTT output on external monitor

Describe the bug
This error has occurred since one of the last updates (I don’t know exactly which):slight_smile:

Once the Mac wakes up from sleep, there are no more "floating menus" on the external monitor. There is only a remedy if I restart BTT via the BTT menu (above).

This was not the case before - the menus worked flawlessly for a very long time.

  • BetterTouchTool version: v6.6663
  • Main monitor: LG
  • Second Monitor: XENEON Edge
    (only for floating menus)

how do the positioning settings for your floating menus look like? Do you assign them to a specific screen?

I haven't changed any settings in BTT for months - and until recently there were no problems...

Könntest du den Punkt "Position auf dem Bildschirm" aufklappen? Vielleicht lässt sich da sehen was das Problem ist

Möglicherweise hat sich etwas an der Bildschirmerkennung verändert, kannst du versuchen den Bildschirm hier nochmal neu auszuwählen? Manchmal ändert macOS die Display ID nach upgrades o.ä,

Danke nochmal für Deine raschen Antworten!
Ich habe den externen Monitor noch einmal neu ausgewählt und dann den Rechner in den Ruhezustand versetzt (etwa 2 Minuten).
Leider ergab sich keine Änderung...

Ich habe inzwischen bei 3 Multi-Monitor Setups getestet aber es scheint hier noch alles richtig zu funktionieren.

Könntest du mir evtl. eins der problematischen Menüs exportieren und an andreas@folivora.ai senden? (Rechte Maustaste, Export to file)
