I found a nasty translation mistake.
The red line part of the screenshot has the opposite meaning.
Meaning of current translation:
Do not restore old window size even if Alt / Opt is pressed while dragging
The correct translation is:
ドラッグ中にAlt/Optが押された場合、古いウィンドウサイズを復元しない
