I have multiple instances of the same java application running on different displays. Sometimes when clicking into one instance of it from another instance of it, it will switch the active/keyboard focused application back to the first. This only happens with this application, only when clicking into one instance of it from another instance of it, and only when BTT is running.
I have tried deactivating my master preset (which is the only preset I have). Even with no triggers, actions, anything in BTT, the issue still occurs as long as BTT is running.
This causes many issues because I will click into an instance, delete something, and something from the other instance will be deleted because it switched back to the previously active instance before I pressed the keyboard shortcut.
It does not happen every time. Sometimes I'll be switching back and forth between instances 10+ times without the issue occurring. Sometimes it happens twice in a row.
The issue began occurring about three weeks ago.
Here are some BTT logs I collected after disabling my preset with everything and enabling an empty preset.
I also attached a video of it occurring while my preset was disabled.

Here is another screenshot which shows "[SWI|PID MISMATCH FIX|" in the logs. Is this what causes the issue?
I don't know if any of this will help, but please let me know if there is any more information I can provide.
