Issue with videos with the update window

Describe the bug
The video control bar in the update window acts really weirdly.

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):

This happens if i check for updates manually

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: MacBook Pro 2017 13" TouchBar
  • macOS version: 10.14.6
  • BetterTouchTool version: 3.346

Thanks for reporting! I think this is a bug in the macOS 10.14 webview. I'll check whether I can workaround that!

Could you check how it looks if you access it directly via https://updates.bettertouchtool.net/bettertouchtool_release_notes.html ?

It just ends up using the normal browser video player (in this case chrome)
In which case, it works fine :stuck_out_tongue:

Works fine in safari and firefox as well*

I think I'll need to upgrade the auto updater framework I'm using, so it makes use of the more modern webviews.
