After using the system for a while (approximately within half an hour), the mouse hover events for links in Chrome become non-functional. However, clicking the mouse can still open new links. I'm not sure if my description is clear, so I've included two screenshots: one showing normal functionality and the other showing the abnormal state.

Unfortunately I haven't encountered / heard of something like this before (at least not with current BTT & macOS versions). Thus I think your idea that this could be a conflict with some other app might be true.
This could however be hard to track down as it sounds like something in the macOS event system goes wrong.
Before posting, I checked the forum for similar cases, but I didn’t find any feedback regarding comparable issues. It might just be an isolated incident, and I will continue to investigate the problem, especially since some apps I use no longer support macOS 13.
BTW, thank you for the outstanding work over the years! I have been using BetterTouchTool for over ten years, and it’s always the first app I praise when communicating with other Mac users. Today marks the first time I’ve encountered an unresolved issue and posted a topic in the forum, haha!
