Is there any way to restore clipboard history and snippet items?

Hello, I made a mistake and deleted all my clipboard history and snippets. I tried to restore the backup as the documentation explains from the menu bar, but the clipboard history is still empty. Is there any way to restore the clipboard manager history? Thank you!

no, unless you have a backup of your mac (e.g via time machine) there is no way to restore the clipboard history

Ah, I see! time machine is a good idea. Thankfully, I pasted all my clipboard history items into my notes yesterday, so I'll copy them one by one. Thanks for your help!

In general the clipboard history is saved here in case you ever need to restore it from a backup:

~/Library/Application Support/BetterTouchTool/BTTClipboardManager_20241210.sqlite-wal
~/Library/Application Support/BetterTouchTool/BTTClipboardManager_20241210.sqlite
~/Library/Application Support/BetterTouchTool/BTTClipboardManager_20241210.sqlite-shm
