Is there an "If then or else" without using Apple Script?

Hello,

I am trying to switch and use BTT exclusively from other tools but I can't find the "if then else" function natively within the product; everything I read so far is using AppleScript.

I am trying to -> if the screen contains picture 1, then click on picture 2.

How can I accomplish this using BTT please? Thanks!
