Is there a way to trigger a Magic Mouse swipe on a regular mouse?

So like for example, a notification pops up. On a Magic Mouse I can just put the cursor over it and do a one finger swipe to swipe it away. Is there a way to trigger that action?

unfortunately these are tricky. I recently implemented some of the native gesture events for magnification and rotation events but didn't do these swipes yet. Do you only need them for the notifications?

Hi, I arrived here for this. I'm disappointed to find that there are certain actions in modern macos that can only be initiated with an apple branded device? I switched from magic mouse to Logitech, and there is no way to get back the "1 finger horizontal swipe" action used in lists all across the os - Notes, Mail, Messages, (my own apps...)
Note - I'm not talking about drag or scroll. The horizontal swipe is 1 finger across a magic mouse or 2 fingers on trackpad. there is no click or scrollwheel to emulate.

BTT seemed to be the answer in the way it can reprogram / remap gestures, but i've looked through the options several times - I don't see an option to simulate that gesture. closest i see is the option to create a 3f gesture.
