Is it possible to edit this menu in the menubar?

I only use it to restart BTT and find it difficult to find that option among all the options. I'd love to get rid of most of the other options.

that‘s not possible, but you could use a custom menubar icon (automations, named & other triggers) and assign the „custom context menu (new)“ action, to show a custom menu.

Or maybe just setup a keyboard shortcut to restart BTT
