I use BTT to switch to my most used apps with keyboard hotkeys (via the show/hide specific application action). Unfortunately, this involves an animation that takes quite a bit of time. I did some searching around, and enabled "reduced motions" in macOS settings. This somewhat improved the situation, but there is still an annoying animation that takes like 200 ms. Is there a way to disable this entirely and switch instantly? It seems some apps do this (I have heard of https://github.com/koekeishiya/yabai and TotalSpaces2.).
