Hello everyone, after having passed the trial period where everything worked perfectly, I decided to buy the software and nothing works anymore. I authorized the application in accessibility but the page is still open and what I find unacceptable is that no one answers me by email... can someone help me?
If the accessibility popup is showing up although you have granted permission, most likely the macOS permissions database has been corrupted. Unfortunately this is out of BTT's control, but these steps might help:
1.) Quit BTT
2.) run this terminal command:
sudo tccutil reset All com.hegenberg.BetterTouchTool
3.) Launch BTT again and grant the permission one more time
