We use Keyboard Maestro macros to activate apps by keyboard shortcuts.
If BTT is active switching to an app with KM shows the windows but does not make the topmost windows active anymore, no keyboard focus and the menu bar is displayed but not clickable.
Quitting btt exposes the expected behaviour of km again.!
