Heya! I've gone over every setting in the snap areas settings but I'm sure I'm just doing something wrong, since this app is working perfectly on my M2 Air but not my M1 Pro...
Anyway I've got my snap areas defined and all and they're still there, I can see them if I open the editing interface, but no matter what I tweak I can't get them to appear when I need them, which is when I'm moving windows. Advice please?
I googled around for this quite a bit but I mostly got results where it was a bug in BTT and I'm sure that's not the case, since like I said it works perfectly on my work mac. And I tried restarting too, but no dice.
Oh, and technicals:
- BTT 4.843
- M1 Macbook Pro running Sequioa 15.0.1
Thank you!
Edit: Interesting discovery, it does work for regular window dragging, just not the key combo. At the least I can get back to work XD
Same, have been rooting around on this forum for a fix but can't find one, so replying to here in case it helps.
Sequoia 15.1, BTT 4.843.
I can't be 100% but I'm sure it stopped working with Sequoia.
I have Shift+Cmd as my Moving, when it's activated it drags the window fine but the snap areas don't show up anymore. When I drag with a mouse press+drag they show up and the window snaps fine.
Please help fix it, I miss this, it's so useful!
@FussyZeus I've searched more forum and found this comment: Snap Areas Don't Show on Multiple Desktops MacOSX - #7 by Andreas_Hegenberg
I've upgraded to the alpha and the move+snapping is back!
Well heck! I'll be totally honest I didn't think I was getting updates anymore, I thought I was locked back on an old version (which to be clear I understand and makes sense, not meaning to criticize) but yeah, update fixed it! Thank you so much!
