Ignored Areas Magic Mouse does not work?!

hello there,
i am currently testing BTT because i am missing the functions of the unfortunately discontinued magic-prefs. i especially need the area manipulation of the scroll field. (very often my resting index finger triggers a scroll. that's why i want to deactivate a generous area on the left and right and only have a scroll area in the middle.)

BTT also shows me the areas, but nothing happens?!
i can scroll the full width and not just in the middle (upper half)?!

what am i doing wrong here? or is there a bug?

in BTT these sliders only apply to the internal BTT gesture recognition, it's not for blocking scrolling or similar in these areas.

oh, thats sad, why not in generel? many user are searching for this feature (again). i would buy BTT only with this... :frowning:
