I want to create an effect with a 'floating menu' that's similar to Trello's vertical menu list.
I'm not looking for endless new features; I just need simple combinations of 0 and 1 to make things more user-friendly. If you only have 0 or 1, the things you can make are very limited.
Two pictures can intuitively show the difference in the way information is presented. I'm not a programmer, I can only try to make it like this. I just want menu2 to restart instead of following menu1. Thank You.
Sorry, I don’t understand what you are trying to do. What 0 and 1?
I want to make a page similar to Trello, like img 2.
I can arrange the standard items vertically, and make one of the items look like a separator. Just pretend there's a separator. Pretend these items come together to form a group.
But how can a new item group not follow the previous one and instead start on a new line? I haven't thought of a good way to do it.
It feels to me, in this electronic Lego world of float menus, there's only one type of brick. When I'm making this Trello page, I'm missing the separator. Maybe the separator is the second type of brick. If there are two types of bricks, I can control the style much better. Of course, having a third one would be even better, but two are already enough. My words can't be that rigorous, that's what I mean by 0, 1, and 2... sorry.
BTT is great. Thank you.
You can use "Column Breaker" items.
There was a bug that required a restart of BTT after adding column/row breakers, this should be fixed in 5.341 alpha.
Make sure to select the column based layout mode:
Thank you very much! Thank you!
