I lost the license file that I applied after formatting my laptop.
I sent emails to andreas@folivora.ai twice, but I have not received a reply yet.
Please take action.

Usually you should have email with subject similar to "Your BetterTouchTool (Lifetime License) order"

from

folivora.AI GmbH (via Paddle.com) help@paddle.com in which there's a link to retrieve your license. I'm not sure for how long these links are valid, but mine is still active and I've purchased BTT license almost year and half ago.

When I check the mailbox where I paid, I cannot find the email with the license attached.

Just for reference: you can also always go through the license recovery chatbot at my reseller Paddle.net
