I can't registration via bettersnaptool and i can't download latest trial version via official website.
And I can't update because an error

Sounds like something on your machine is blocking network requests - or why wouldn't you be able to download from the official website?

I don't know why. With my iPhone. It worked at the same network. I tried safari, chrome webbrowser, vpn turn on,off, turnoff adblock, disabled lulu firewall etc...

when I tried "https://folivora.ai/releases/BetterTouchTool.zip", it doesnt work but "https://www.folivora.ai/releases/BetterTouchTool.zip" it worked...
