It gives me that link "Index of /releases"
When I click download the lastest covered version. But this link does nothing. I don't know which version to download.

your two year license was purchased on March 31, 2019. So any version released before March 31, 2021 can be used. Whether they still work with your current macos version you need to try.

Thanks! Tested and it's working. By the way, the only feature I had need is
"Trigger by 3 fingers taps", action: Middle click.
