Hyper Key doesn't work one time after pressing fn+Q to jump to quick note in apple notes

Describe the bug
I'm pressing fn+Q to switch directly to quick note in apple notes. Than I'm pressing hyper+[some keyword] and it doesn't work. No keyboard shortcut with hyper works until I stop pressing caps lock and press it - than all my shortcuts works again :frowning:

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):
Keyboard built-in in macbook
