HUD Overlay not showing if app is in Full Screen

Is it normal that the HUD Overlays are not showing up when using an app on Full Screen? I've tested with multiple apps and they all work fine when not full screen but no HUD Overlays show up if they are on Full Screen.

I'm using:
BTT 3.626 (1778)
Mac Big Sur 11.6.1

when btt main window is closed - HUD Overlays is showed up?

It does, and it seems like the fullscreen bug has been fixed!
