How to turn off or change the haptics on action ring button in MX master 4?

Is there any way to do this? The logitech app offer subtle and other options- I can't find that setting in BetterTouchTool @Andreas_Hegenberg

You can change the haptic sense panel's patterns/strength in the settings, once you've added the Logitech mouse configuration. But you need to remove the Logi Options+ app first. I'd recommend taking a look at other relevant threads here, because with a little time and effort, BTT can replace Logitech Options+ entirely.

There is a "Haptic Feedback" action that allows you to trigger various types of haptic responses:
