How to stimulate a triple-click?

I'm trying to stimulate a triple-click on my trackball mouse (Logitech MX Ergo). Ideally, this particular mouse has a precision button by the trackball that I was hoping to map to a triple-click. Unfortunately BTT cannot detect this button. Logitech Options can but installing Options makes BTT unusable (it seems to override BTT's actions).

So the next alternative is to map a modifier key with a mouse-click to stimulate a triple click. But I don't see a triple-click action in the list of actions.

Can someone suggest a way to achieve this?

I'd like to do same, but with trackpad.

I believe you can click "Add additional action" to add 2 more clicks after adding one click initially.
