Is there an action to shrink a floating menu?
This would suggest there is:
"Keep Menu Expanded After Hovering, Shrink Via Action"
I don't seem to be able to find it, any suggestions would be appreciated.
That doesn't give the result I expected, the menu seems to "jump" to the left about 200 pixels.
Restarted BetterTouchTool and tried again, same result.
This depends on the expansion direction configured for the menu:
E.g. if your menu is on the left edge of the screen you'd want to expand to the right
Menu is on the right, and set to expand "v From Right Edge Center (Left & Up & Down)" I would like to "Keep Menu Expanded After Hovering, Shrink Via Action" but when I use the "Toggle Simulated Hover For Floating Menu": on the unmarked button, the menu jumps and doesn't just shrink.
What do your positioning settings for the menu look like?

ah this is indeed a usecase I hadn't considered yet (triggering that action from the floating menu itself). Your setup will work with the next alpha, maybe I can upload it in an hour or so.
