How to show all running apps?

Hello,

Mac OS has a shortcut to hide an app or hide others under the app menue. However, I am not sure why there is no shortcut for the “Show All”. Is there a way of achieving this with BTT?

Also, is there a way to hide/show the dock with a shortcut using BTT?

To “Show All” in MacOS, this works for me. I assigned in to Cmd+Opt+A w/o using BTT.

Steps to Assign "Show All" Shortcut:

  1. Open System Settings and select Keyboard in the sidebar.

  2. Click Keyboard Shortcuts....

  3. Choose App Shortcuts in the left sidebar.

  4. Click the + button to add a new shortcut.

  5. Application: Select "All Applications" for global use.

  6. Menu Title: Type Show All exactly as it appears (case-sensitive).

  7. Keyboard Shortcut: Click in the field and press the key combination you want (e.g., Cmd+Option+H or Cmd+Shift+U).

  8. Click Done
