My MacBook Pro has amnesia. Every time I plug my external screens back in (2 via USB-C, 1 via HDMI) it forgets where all the apps were displayed previously.
Can BetterTouchTool give me a good option for restoring them all to their intended locations quickly?

Not a direct answer, but have a look at:
For others who come across this thread and are interested in powerful responsive window resizing tools – you have a couple options:
BTT using restore window layouts, works in most cases.
macOS Automation tool Bunch (bunchapp.co ) + window rearranger Moom (manytricks.com/moom ). Bunch hides and opens the windows you want, Moom arranges and saves the layouts using Window Snapshots. There's even documentation explaining how to link the two .
Stay from Cordless Dog for saving/recalling window layout…
The reference point is the top left corner of the main screen (the one with the dock & menubar)
Are you trying to restore on the same display setup where you also recorded the positions?
I guess there could be more you just need to search for them.
