How to leave opened BetterTouchTool if I open it in one application and switch to another app

Hello!
Im already open BetterTouchTool.

But when I switch to another app - BetterTouchTool panel are closing.

When I use in "Touch Bar Configuration For: (All Apps)" option "BetterTouchTool" - BetterTouchTool will be opened everywhere/

I want open and close BetterTouchTool just when I pressing particular button in Touch Bar. And keep the state when switching between apps

How can I fix this problem?
