Hello, I have the 2 tap finger gesture assigned to an action in the global assignments; But I want that finger to do something else just for a specific app. Currently the gesture always prioritize the global assignment.

if you add the gesture to some specific app, that will be prioritized while the app is active

edit : I narrowed down the issue, it’s the gesture. 2 finger tap, 3 finger tap, 1 finger middle top area tap, none of those work

It all seems to work fine here, but I don't have cubase to test with. Can you check whether it works with other apps for you? Can you check the "Recently Used" section in BTT and see what is logged after you executed the gesture while Cubase is active?
It could be that your cubase is not detected correctly, that would always make BTT trigger the global actions. Did you maybe upgrade to a newer Cubase version or do you have two versions of Cubase installed? In that case you might need to use the "Move To New App / Version" option:
That’s funny because I have 4 other gestures working perfectly fine in Cubase. And I tested the problematic gestures with other apps, they are working fine.
But those specific gestures are not working with cubase, they are supposed to send midi CC, but my midi monitor doesn’t register anything. I’ll keep investigating tonight
