How to execute macro inside macro?

Hello guys ,

I want to use the action "activate/bring to front window under cursor" in the beginning of a few actions for separate apps, for it to not work on all the apps.

The issue is that when an app is not activated, let's say safari is not activated, then the action of safari does not work, so basically "activate/bring to front window under cursor" work only in "For all apps" section.

Now the issue is that I want this action to have different actions after it in Safari and different actions after it in Finder or any other app.

in Keyboard maestro it is possible to execute macro inside macro.
So my thinking is that this is the only way to solve that issue in BTT,

So I can create a specific action of "activate/bring to front window under cursor" in "For all apps" without a trigger, and then I can create separate actions in different apps which in the beginning of them I can put that execute macro action of this global action.

But I cannot figure out how to execute macro inside macro in better touch tool,

any help here will be much appreciated.

I’m not entirely sure if I understand what you mean, but it sounds like it could work with named triggers. You could save the core of your task as a named trigger and then call it from the respective app-action.
