Is something wrong with the settings here
are you trying to paste some text by typing? (I think that is the only place where a secure input warning would be shown like this).
Unfortunately this will not work properly while secure input is active, thus BTT shows the warning. If you still want to disable it you can run this terminal command:
osascript -e 'tell application "BetterTouchTool" to set_user_defaults key "BTTDisableSecureInputTypeWarning" numberValue 1'
Yes I usually prefer paste by typing as some apps and places (some banking, govt sites too) behave weird with pasting that include raycast! And via this typing I could assign 1 key to type out the Mac password and log in! I know its not a good thing but I love it
