Hi. I have configured the hyperkey as per the documentation and it is working as described. But I have been unable to disable and it keeps active even after deleting all keyboard shrotcuts. I have tried various versions up to 5.106 and the "Reset All Low Level Key Mappings" option. Any ideas?
What exactly do you mean by it keeps active? Does its till press all the various modifier keys?
Possibly try to reset the remapping in System Settings => Keyboard => Keyboard Shortcuts => Modifier Keys
Yes. Pessing CapsLock keeps triggering ⇧⌃⌥⌘, the hyperkey combination: If I create a new keyboard shortcut and press "Click to record shortcut" then pressing CapsLock registers as pressing ⇧⌃⌥⌘ instead of simply registering CapsLock.
The only way that I have found to revert to the original behaviour is renaming the BTT folder and starting over. There is no remapping in System Settings => Keyboard => Keyboard Shortcuts => Modifier Keys.
have you checked the recently used section in BTT? After starting BTT only registers the hyperkey if the "act as hyperkey" action is still assigned somewhere

That was it. It was still on Trash. After deleting everything returns to normal. Thanks for your help.

ah weird, I'll check. Trashed items should not influence anything, but the trash was just added so maybe I have missed something
