How to create a modifier+key toggle where the modifier key is not released during toggle?

My current keycombo toggles require to release all keys before pressing again.

My usecase is to open and close 2 Finder(using Appplescript to set window dimensions, positions, folders etc.) windows via the cycle action. Unfortunately the offered option is not doing the trick. I can send you the preset if you want to take a look at it.

I don’t think you’d need keyboard keys to do this. I can post an example on how to open & position multiple finder windows later
