How to copy Groups & Triggers from one profile to another one?

For example I really like the 'bundles' other people have created, but I don't like all their tweaks. So what I would like is to copy something over from what they made to my own profile and disable their profile.

This way I still have acces to what they've made, but create my own version.

Preset confusion

Copy All the buttons, triggers etc and hit ⌘V. They are gonna be pasted into your master preset. You might have to make some rearranging and that's it. All checked presets are shown. The master preset is the one that gets new buttons if you create them.

@Caliguvara is right, everything that is copied & pasted will automatically be pasted in the master preset. Alternatively you can use the „move to preset“ menu item in the main menu

Thanks I don't see how I could copy buttons and past them, but the Move to Preset functions works great. My bad for not finding it earlier.
